We appreciate EVERY visitor to our site, and our goal is to give you SUPERIOR customer service, whether you purchase a game from us or not! If you have any questions about our products, we welcome your e-mail! We try to return every e-mail within 24 hours.

All PLAAY.com games arrive in your mail box complete with everything you need to play, including dice, tokens, markers, and a box to store your game when you're finished playing. Some set-up and assembly will be required. There's a photo of each assembled game and it's contents on the game's "home" page, so you can see what you're going to get. Your game will arrive in a flat protective bubble-mailer, with some "do-it-your-self" instructions. Cards come printed in perforated sheets, which you can quickly and easily separate. The game box is a flat, two-piece telescoping box--you just pop it up, apply the side labels, and it's ready to use! If you have any questions, please e-mail us and we'll be happy to help! We offer credit card payment through PAYPAL. PLEASE NOTE that you DON'T have to have a PAYPAL account to use PAYPAL! Just click the logo, scroll down the list and add items to your shopping cart.

Overseas orders require extra postage. Orders under $60 require an additional $7 postage, orders of $60 or more require an additional $12 postage. All overseas orders are shipped first class air mail delivery and are generally received in 7-10 days. If ordering through PAYPAL, please use the "overseas postage" box at the END of the PAYPAL price list. Otherwise simply add the postage charge to the merchandise total in your bank draft or money order.

We also accept checks or money orders for payment by postal mail. Please make your check or money order payable to "PLAAY.com." Please be sure to include shipping cost in your order total, if ordering from overseas. Mail-orders are generally shipped within three days of receipt of payment, although we try to process orders within 24 hours when possible.
